How pricing works: Pilot and Run-It engagements typically range from low-four-figures to mid-four-figures monthly (USD), scoped to your size, your industry, and the systems we run for you. We don’t publish a price list because the right scope depends on what we find on the audit. We tell you the number on the call. No surprises in the proposal.
Why audit-first
We don’t lead with a price because the right scope depends on what’s actually leaking in your business. A vet clinic with 4,000 active patients and 1,800 lapsed has a different bottleneck than an HVAC operator with three trucks who’s drowning in season. The audit tells us — and tells you — which leak to plug first, and what an honest engagement to do that looks like.
Plenty of owners who take the audit don’t hire me. Either they take the leak report and fix it themselves, or their bottleneck is something I don’t solve. That’s fine. The audit is genuinely free, and the report is genuinely useful, because if you keep your money and fix something on your own that’s a win for the small-business economy — and a referral we’ll get later.
Common questions
Because the right scope depends on what’s leaking. A clinic missing 60% of inbound calls needs different infrastructure than one missing 25%. Publishing a flat price would either over-charge the smallest operators or under-scope the largest. We’d rather have an honest 30-minute conversation and quote the right number once.
Pilot engagements typically run low-four-figures monthly with a one-time setup. Run-It retainers run from there up to mid-four-figures monthly depending on scope. We share the specific number on the audit call — we don’t play games on price discovery, we just refuse to publish a flat tier that won’t fit you.
Pilot is 60 days, fixed scope, then you decide. Run-It is monthly with a 90-day initial period — cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice. No multi-year contracts, no automatic renewals.
I’m based in Toronto. I serve clients across Canada and the United States, with engagements in Europe by referral. Invoicing is in USD by default; Canadian clients can opt into CAD. Twilio numbers are local to your area code regardless of where you are.
